Booking

1. All bookings are to be confirmed in writing via email to admin@ipkis.com 
2. Bookings are for a minimum of 4 full days to be taken at anytime during a 4 month period.

Cancellation

1. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email to admin@ipkis.com
2. You may cancel your booking giving no less than 7 days notice without incurring a cancellation fee.
3. Any cancellation made giving less than 7 days notice may be charged at 50% of the standard rate.
4. A cancelled days work does not constitute the cancellation of the full terms booking. 

Payment

1. Invoices will be produced and sent via email to your business email address as agreed within 48 hours of work completed.
2. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt.
3. Ipkis reserves the right to make a late payment charge of 2% above bank base rate for late payment.
   
4. Your initial invoice will be for the minimum term.
