Booking

1. Unless otherwise agreed, all bookings are to be confirmed in writing via email to admin@ipkis.com 

Cancellation

1. Cancellations must either be made by telephone or be confirmed in writing via email to admin@ipkis.com
   
2. You may cancel your booking giving no less than 7 days notice without incurring a cancellation fee.
3. Any cancellation made giving less than 7 days notice may be charged at 50% of the standard rate.
4. For the avoidence of doubt, Standard Rate mean the advertised rate charged by Ipkis.  See RATES on this website.
   
5. A cancelled days work does not constitute the cancellation of the full terms booking. 

Payment

1. Invoices will be produced and sent via email to your business email address as agreed.
   
2. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt either by cheque or directly into the bank account details provided.
   
3. Ipkis reserves the right to make a late payment charge of 2% above bank base rate for late payment.
